Layered underneath is a royal blue and silver leopard print glitter star and a huge turquoise and black leopard print sequin star. The most adorable felt basketball patch sits in on the right side. Royal blue drips and orange glitter vinyl basketballs add a special sass. The orange, royal and light blue braided hat band rounds this hat off.
